Kristy's commission rate is 7% on the first $100,000 and 3% on the balance in most transactions. Some listings may require additional and specific services which the investment may be higher. This will be discussed upfront with the Seller. All commission rates are subject to the HST rate of 12%.

The fee will not only pay for the quality service to have your home listed and marketed properly, but will also cover the real estate commission to pay the Buyers REALTOR® for bringing their Buyer to purchase your home. It is important that Kristy offers a generous commission to the Buyers representative in order to attract as many Buyers REALTOR®s to your listing as possible.

When you hire Kristy Mattiazzo's service, you are choosing to work with a professional that offers full service which includes a full service marketing plan. Services offered in her fee are:

• Professional filmed video tour
• Minimum of 10 HD photos
• Google Street view
• Private showings
• REALTOR® & Public opens
• Postings on 6 personal website domains
• Postings on www.mls.ca & www.realtor.ca
• Postings on Craigslist
• Postings to Twitter blog
• Postings to database of hundreds of business contacts
• Real Estate Weekly advertisments (minimum 1 week)
• Maps to your listing
